Ingredients
- 1 cup grits
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 pound velveeta cheese
- 1 tablespoon tabasco sauce
- 3 eggs
How to Make

Step 1: Cook grits whisking into boiling water

Step 2: Stirring until thick

Step 3: Add butter and cheese and Tabasco

Step 4: Mix in eggs

Step 5: Pour into an 8 x12 inch pyrex dish that has been greased and pam sprayed

Step 6: Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until casserole browns lightly
