Step 1: In a medium sized pot over medium heat whisk together sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and water
Step 2: Bring to boil stirring while cooking using a whisk (keeps it nice and smooth)
Step 3: When mixture reaches boiling point turn down heat
Step 4: Make a slurry with the tablespoon of water and tablespoon of corn starch whisking in enough to thicken
Step 5: Add the meatballs and simmer to heat through
