Step 1: Heat oil in large skillet
Step 2: Season and brown chops
Step 3: Take out and add onion, peppers,carrots and celery
Step 4: Cook until tender
Step 5: Add tomatoes, Italian seasoning and olives and bouillon
Step 6: Place chops on top and cover and simmer on low 60 minutes adding water as needed
Step 7: At end saute mushrooms in butter until golden
Step 8: Plate the chops
Step 9: In veggie pan
Step 10: Mix the cornstarch and water( origanal recipe called for 1 tablespoons flour instead of cornstarch)
Step 11: Pour into pan thicken and pour around chops
Step 12: Top with mushrooms and parsley
