Step 1: Add lime juice to chicken and let set 10 minutes
Step 2: Heat oil. Saute chicken, thighs first
Step 3: Add onion, then add more oil if needed
Step 4: Add sausage. Heat
Step 5: Add spices and tomato paste
Step 6: Add garlic and broth, beans and thyme. Cook 30 minutes. Add parsley
