Step 1: Mince half of the apple and slice the other half, 1/2 inch .
Step 2: Mix together the sausage meat, minced apple, onion, garlic and ketjap manis. Form into 3 patties. Place in fridge to rest for about an hour
Step 3: Heat oil in a skillet, high heat. Put in the burgers and fry for 1 minute, turn heat to medium, flip the burgers cover and continue cooking for 4 minutes, flip the burgers cover and continue cooking until done approximately another 4 minutes.
Step 4: If you wish add the sliced apple to the pan for the last couple of minutes.
Step 5: Place burgers on a bun top with apple slices and serve
