Step 1: Heat bacon fat in large skillet
Step 2: Add onion
Step 3: Add pork cubes
Step 4: Brown
Step 5: Add spices and tomato paste
Step 6: Dont burn
Step 7: Add 2 cups tomato juice
Step 8: And marjoram
Step 9: Boil lightly for 20 minutes until pork is tender stirring so doesn't burn
Step 10: Last 5 minutes mix flour and water
Step 11: Add to pork season
Step 12: Cook 5 more minutes until thickened
