Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes.
Step 3: Cut each bacon slice into thirds.
Step 4: Wrap each chicken cube with bacon and secure with a wooden pick.
Step 5: Stir together brown sugar and chili powder.
Step 6: Dredge wrapped chicken in mixture.
Step 7: Coat the rack and broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 8: Place chicken wrap on rack in broiler pan.
Step 9: Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes or until bacon is crisp. (It took me about 1 hour)
