Step 1: Saute kohlrabi in 1 tablespoon butter
Step 2: For 5 minutes
Step 3: Add water and so.e salt
Step 4: Boil until tender
Step 5: In saute pan heat butter add sugar and flour
Step 6: Brown
Step 7: Add water from kohlrabi season
Step 8: Stir
Step 9: Add kohlrabi thicken
Step 10: Add sour cream and lemon juice
Step 11: Dont boil just warm
Step 12: Stir in parsley
