Step 1: In stock pot
Step 2: Melt butter and add onion
Step 3: Add garlic and mushrooms
Step 4: Add flour
Step 5: Add rest of veggies and water and thyme
Step 6: Boil for 30 minutes until veggies are tender
Step 7: Add Seasoning
Step 8: Mix in chives
