Step 1: Boil cabbage in salted water for 10minutes
Step 2: Remove cabbage with slotted spoon
Step 3: Reserve water
Step 4: Saute onions in butter until golden
Step 5: Puree onions cabbage and beets in food processor
Step 6: Combine cabbage water with broth and beet juice
Step 7: Add seasonings and vegetables
Step 8: Boil 10 minutes
Step 9: Add wine and lemon juice
Step 10: Serve add dollop of sour cream in center
