Step 1: Combine first 5 ingredients until smooth.
Step 2: Press into a buttered 9x13 inch pan.
Step 3: Spread melted chocolate chips over mixture.
Step 4: Refrigerate until firm.
Step 5: Warm slightly to room temperature, and cut into squares. (Chocolate will not crack when slightly warm).
