Step 1: Mix all the ingredients listed for the Beef in a bowl.
Step 2: Lay down parchment paper or wax paper on a large cutting board or flat surface.
Step 3: Put your beef mixture onto the paper and layer another sheet of paper on top of the beef mixture.
Step 4: Using a rolling pin flatten the meat mixture so that it is thin, like bacon.
Step 5: Cut up the slices in 2x4 inch pieces or a size you would like.
Step 6: Put on plate and refrigerate for an hour or two.
Step 7: Grill on your BBQ or in a pan. You want the meat to have a bit of a crust around the edges because it just tastes better that way!
Step 8: Put the slabs of meat onto the pita, layer with onion, slices of tomato, and lather with Tzatziki sauce - cucumber slices and feta cheese optional
