Lima Beans In Squash Nest

Ingredients
- 4 cups squash (hubbard squash, cooked, mashed)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 package (16 ounce) lima beans (baby lima beans,green ones)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How to Make

Step 1: Mix the squash with the cream and 1/4 cup butter. Beat

Step 2: On parchment paper on cookie sheet make a nest with the squash using 1/2 cup squash at time

Step 3: Heat 1/4 cup butter in skillet and saute beans season. Pour into center of nest

Step 4: Keep warm in 300 degrees oven until ready to use

Step 5: Pull parchment paper on serving plate

Step 6: Cut parchment to hide once on plate
