Step 1: In greased 9x13 casserole pan
Step 2: Lay asparagus in bottom
Step 3: Put hard boiled eggs sliced
Step 4: In bowl mix the soup ,peas,water chestnuts and mushrooms together
Step 5: Pour over asparagus egg mixture
Step 6: Top with bread
Step 7: Season top with cheese
Step 8: Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
