Step 1: Put raisins and orange through food chopper (food processor works) set aside
Step 2: Cream butter, add sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix
Step 3: Add chopped orange and raisins
Step 4: Fold in flour. Add hot water with added baking soda last. Pour into a 9 x 12 pan
Step 5: Bake in 350 0ven for 30 minutes or until done. Cool
Step 6: ORANGE BUTTER ICING, in a medium bowl mix butter, cream and orange juice
Step 7: Add in icing sugar, adding more if needed to make for desired consistency
