Ingredients
- 2 pounds potatoes (new)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 cups water
- 3 tablespoons dillweed, minced
- 1/2 teaspoons ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons chives,minced
- 2 green onions (chopped,sometimes raw)
How to Make

Step 1: Boil potatoes until half done in water drain clean out pot of any sand

Step 2: Add potatoes back to pot

Step 3: Add butter cook a minute until butter melted. Add cream

Step 4: Cool on simmer until cream reduces,if cooking onions add here now

Step 5: Add in the herbs you are using

Step 6: Season serve
