Step 1: Beat eggs with sugar
Step 2: Sift dry ingredients together
Step 3: Add to sugar
Step 4: Add alternately with cream
Step 5: Add coconut flakes. Mix
Step 6: Chill the mixture
Step 7: Roll 1/4 inch thick on floured board. Dredge in sugar
Step 8: Cut with 3 1/2 round cutter
Step 9: Bake in hot oven 425 degrees for 13 minutes
