Step 1: Shred cabbage and chop onion.
Step 2: Melt butter in skillet over medium heat and sauté noodles, almonds and sesame seeds until golden brown. Remove and drain on a brown paper bag. Cool.
Step 3: Immediately before serving, whisk together dressing ingredients and toss with cabbage and noodles.
