Step 1: The day before: pour boiling water over jello, mix
Step 2: Stir in 7up, mix
Step 3: Add pineapple and bananas and miniature marshmallows
Step 4: Pour into mold or a nice bowl you will be topping the jello with mousse either way
Step 5: Chill overnight until set
Step 6: The Next day - prepare mousse: in a sauce pan mix everything but whipping cream, cook on low simmer until thickened stirring constantly with a whisk
Step 7: Chill in refrigerator until cool,
Step 8: In a separate bowl whip cream until stiff peaks form
Step 9: Fold whipped cream gently into cool/cold mixture with about 1/3 of a cup at a time
Step 10: Unmold jello and top with mousse
