Step 1: In a large bowl mash beans and mix in 1/2 cup salsa, panko, egg, cilantro, and garlic. Shape bean mixture into four patties and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Step 2: Using a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Take burgers out of refrigerator and cook 3-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160°. Serve on buns with remaining salsa.
