Step 1: Wash greens very well so no sand is on them
Step 2: Chop the radishes off and save for later
Step 3: In boiling water, Add bacon.
Step 4: Blanch
Step 5: Cabbage 10 minutes
Step 6: Rest of greens 5 minutes
Step 7: Take greens out and put in bowl save broth
Step 8: Heat lard in large stock pot
Step 9: Add onions,green onions, radishes that have been chopped
Step 10: Add the greens
Step 11: Fry the drained chopped greens
Step 12: When well fried add flour
Step 13: Brown the flour (can add browned flour)
Step 14: Add greens broth
Step 15: Add ham hocks
Step 16: Add herbs and rest of seasoning
Step 17: Cook on simmer for 2 hours stirring occasionally
