Step 1: For Pastry: Sift dry ingredients together
Step 2: Cut in lard. Mix in milk
Step 3: Roll out like pie dough and cut out 12 3 inch rounds
Step 4: For Filling : mix all together and form 12 meatballs
Step 5: Wrap pastry rounds around the meat balls
Step 6: Bake in 325 degree oven for 25 minutes ,this seems low to me so cook until done
Step 7: It says can be reheated easily
