Beets In Orange Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cans (32 ounces) beets, sliced (drained, each can 16 ounce)
How to Make

Step 1: Mix dry ingredients in a saucepan

Step 2: Stir in zest,butter and juices

Step 3: Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until translucent and thickened
