Step 1: In saucepan heat butter and shallot and garlic
Step 2: Add paprika
Step 3: Add water
Step 4: And milk
Step 5: Bring to a boil add polenta whisking hard
Step 6: Add cream stir simmering on low for 30 minutes until thick stirring so doesn't burn
Step 7: Take off heat
Step 8: Stir in cheese and herbs
