Step 1: Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add the brussels sprouts, water and butter and season with salt and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 8 minutes or until the brussels sprouts are crisp-tender and the water has evaporated.
Step 2: Continue cooking for about 6 minutes or until the brussels sprouts are golden brown and tender, but not mushy.
