Step 1: In saucepan heat oil
Step 2: Add onion. Add garlic. Add rice
Step 3: Cook until light brown
Step 4: Add spices
Step 5: Add stock and lemon juice. Bring to a boil
Step 6: Simmer cover cook on low for 25 minutes until liquid absorbed
Step 7: Fold in parsley
