Step 1: Preheat a grill/broiler on medium and place the rolls, cut side up, on a baking tray and spray with cooking spray and cook under the grill/boiler for 1 to 2 minutes or until toasted.
Step 2: Combine the mayonnaise, basil, and lemon juice in a small bowl and then spread over the rolls.
Step 3: Toss the rocket and vinegar in a small bowl.
Step 4: Top the rolls with the ham, pear, rocket, onion and parmesan and serve.
