Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Salt, dash
- Pepper, dash
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 5 large eggs (separated, whites whipped stiff)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
How to Make

Step 1: Preheated oven to 375 degree

Step 2: In saucepan heat butter

Step 3: Add flour and seasoning gradually, stirring constantly

Step 4: Add milk and egg yolk, stirring constantly

Step 5: And take off heat add cheese, stirring constantly

Step 6: Add baking powder

Step 7: Fold in whites after tempering them

Step 8: Heavily butter an 8x8 cake pan

Step 9: Pour egg mixture into it

Step 10: Put into preheated oven

Step 11: Bake 30 minutes until golden and knife comes out clean

Step 12: Serve immediately
