Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 grams bouillon cubes (2 cubes)
- 6 cups water
- 1 teaspoons salt
- FOR NOODLES
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoons milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
How to Make

Step 1: Put meat bouillon and water on to boil. Chop fine.

Step 2: Meanwhile make noodles by beating milk into egg. Add salt and flour. Mix all together. Roll out until thin.

Step 3: Cut/slice fine, then add to boiling broth immediately.

Step 4: Cool until noodles done.
