Step 1: Preheat oven grill/broiler to 210C fan forced
Step 2: Spread Dijon mustard on each piece of bread, top with tomato slices and ham followed by grated smoked cheddar cheese.
Step 3: Grill/broil until cheese starts to brown.
Step 4: Serve with fresh basil leaves and freshly cracked pepper.
