Step 1: Preheat sandwich press.
Step 2: Spread one side of brioche with butter and spread the unbuttered sides with half the bread with cranberry sauce and top with turkey and cheese and place the remaining brioche slices on top, buttered side up.
Step 3: Toast in sandwich press 2 to 3 minutes, until golden and melted and serve with extra cranberry sauce.
