Step 1: Divide the cucumber slices between the two clean jars.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients and stir well.
Step 3: Pour the brine evenly between the two jars, making sure all of the slices are submerged.
Step 4: Seal with lids and refrigerate for 30 minutes and up to 3 weeks.
