Step 1: In a skillet, saute onion in the butter until onion is transparent. Stir in the chile powder and set aside.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine remainder of ingredients along with the onion/chile powder mixture. Mix well.
Step 3: Wipe the skillet clean and heat oil for frying.
Step 4: Form little balls the size of your thumbnail (about 65-75) and cook in oil until well browned. Transfer to chafing dish and keep warm until serving.
