Step 1: Add 1 tablespoon oil to pan. Add the finely minced garlic and lightly saute to gold in colour, taking great care not to burn the garlic
Step 2: Stir in 3 tablespoons honey
Step 3: Dissolve 1 tablespoon corn starch in 1 tablespoon water adding slowly and just enough to to thicken sauce
Step 4: You may add a bit more water. Thicken and stir until nice and shiny.
Step 5: May make ahead, refrigerate and warm in micro wave just before using. Keeps well at least a week.
