Step 1: Slice kielbasa coin style.
Step 2: In stock pot add oil, potatoes, onions, peppers and kielbasa. Fry until onions are translucent.
Step 3: Add curry powder, stir and heat a minute or so. Add chicken stock, parsley, canned vegetables and ketchup. Cover and simmer 30.minutes.
