Step 1: Puree strawberries in blender or foodprocessor.
Step 2: Add sugar, kirsch and lemon juice then process to mix.
Step 3: Halve cantaloupe, remove seeds and cut flesh into bite sized pieces.
Step 4: Spoon cantaloupe and blueberries into 4 stemmed glasses.
Step 5: Drizzle sauce over fruit, garnish with strawberry fans if using and enjoy.
