Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (except the whole almonds) until well combined.
Step 3: Form into small balls with your hands, and put them on a greased or lined cookie sheet.
Step 4: Flatten each ball with your thumb and place a whole, blanched almond on top of each.
Step 5: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Enjoy!
