Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Cream together butter and sugars until creamy.
Step 3: Add egg and vanilla; blend well.
Step 4: In another bowl combine flour, cornstarch and baking soda.
Step 5: Add to butter mixture and then add chocolate chunks.
Step 6: Drop by tablespoons onto a greased baking sheet (for easier clean up I used greased parchment paper)and bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown around the edges.
