Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 3 tablespoons honey (can use a little more)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 2 to 3 tablespoons rum
- Ground nutmeg
How to Make

Step 1: Place the pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, honey and cinnamon in blender container; cover and blend until smooth. Add ice cream and rum; blend until smooth. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve immediately.
