Step 1: Prepare a barbecue for high heat.
Step 2: Divide lamb into 4 portions and shape each into a 1cm thick patty and brush with 1/2 tablespoon of the oil and season both sides with salt and pepper and then cook for 1 1/2 minutes each side or until cooked through and then transfer to a plate and set aside for 5 minutes to rest.
Step 3: Meanwhile coat onion and capsicum with remaining 1/2 tablespoon oil and season with salt and pepper and cook, turning as needed for 8 to 10 minutes or until charred and softened.
Step 4: Cook rolls, cut side down, for 30 seconds or until toasted.
Step 5: In a small bowl whisk mayonnaise and mustard to blend and season with salt and pepper and then spread over rolls and then top roll bases with cabbage, patties, onions and capsicum and then put the top on and enjoy.
