Step 1: In 9x13 casserole, layer rice on bottom of pan.
Step 2: Season lightly.
Step 3: Add layer of vegetables and pork chops, season lightly.
Step 4: Top with soup, cover with water, dot with butter.
Step 5: Cover with tin foil.
Step 6: Bake 60 minutes, 425 degrees or until pork chops are done.
