Step 1: Place the meat, onions & mushrooms into the slow-cooker.
Step 2: Add broth, stir, cover & turn on low.
Step 3: Cook for 6 hours.
Step 4: Mix together the cheese & flour.
Step 5: Meanwhile 20 minutes before the meat is finished cook the pasta.
Step 6: Add the cheese & flour mixture to the meat. Stir until the cream cheese has completly blended in
Step 7: Drain the pasta and place on 4 plates, spoon over the meat mixture.
Step 8: Relax & Enjoy
