Step 1: Spray Lebanese breads with olive oil spray and sprinkle each with za'atar and bake on oven trays for 6 to 8 minutes at 180C (160C fan forced) or until golden and crisp and then break into pieces to serve.
Step 2: For the dip - take a flat serving plate and spread the beetroot dip in a thin layers over the base and then spread the hummus over the beetroot dip and then sprinkle with fetta and then top with tabouli and olives.
Step 3: Chill until required and serve with za'atar baked pita chips for scooping and garnish with micro herbs.
