Step 1: In a dutch oven over medium heat,add sausage and onion then cook until meat is lightly browned and onion is tender .
Step 2: If needed drain,then return to pan and add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Step 3: Bring to a boil ,cover and reduce heat to simmer for 50 minutes , stir occasionally until veggies are tender.
