Step 1: Put 1 pie shell in pie pan.
Step 2: In saucepan mix butter and flour and the seasonings. Cool.
Step 3: Add milk and stock; whisk until smooth. Add in the chicken and veggies. Pour into crust.
Step 4: Top with the remaining crust.
Step 5: Bake in a 400 degree oven for 40 minutes.
