Ingredients
- FOR CAKE
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 can (20 ounce) crushed pineapple (& juice)
- FOR ICING
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup shredded coconut (sweetened)
- 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup evaporated (or small can evaporated milk)
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2: Mix together all cake ingredients and pur into 9x13 glass pan, sprayed with Pam.

Step 3: Bake 350 40 minutes

Step 4: Make icing last 20 minutes to make icing put all ingredients into and pour on warm cake

Step 5: Put all icing ingrdienst in medium saucepan and simmer 10-12 minute.

Step 6: Pour warm icing on cake right when it comes out of oven.

Step 7: Pour on warm cake.
