Onion Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 pounds yellow onions (4 onions, sliced)
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup cream
- 3 large eggs
- Salt dash
- Pepper, dash
- FOR TOPPING
- 1 cup crushed cracker crumbs (saltine crackers)
- 2 teaspoons butter
How to Make

Step 1: Saute the onions in butter until translucent.

Step 2: In greased 9x13 casserole dish, put 1/2 onions 1/2 cheese and 1/2 topping.

Step 3: Mix eggs with cream and seasonings. Pour over onions.

Step 4: Bake 40 minutes at 375 until done.
