Step 1: Onions mixture.
Step 2: Cook onions on low for 30 minutes.
Step 3: In another pan, bring lentil mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes.
Step 4: Plate the rice.
Step 5: Top with lentils then top with onion mixture.
Step 6: Serve with naan.
