- 1 pound green beans (cooked crisp, 1 inch pieces)
- 1/2 pound bacon (cooked crisp ,crumbled)
- 1 red onion (diced)
- 1 pound shrimp (cooked, peeled)
- 2 tomatoes, whole (chopped)
- FOR DRESSING
- 1 lemon, whole (juiced)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt, dash
- Pepper, dash
