Step 1: Pour 3 ounces champagne & 1 ounce orange juice into an 8 ounce champagne flute (or other glass of choice). Stir in 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream. Top w/chocolate shavings if desired. Repeat w/remaining ingredients.
